DUO Industries SAS announces the sale of 100% of shares to WernerCo Holdings France SAS

Schaffhausen, Switzerland (7 March 2016) – The shareholders of DUO Industries SAS announced today that they have completed the sale of 100% of the shares in DUO Industries, the owner of the CDH Group of companies, to WernerCo Holdings France SAS.  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
